When catastrophic events wreak havoc on residential or commercial property, you are left in distress, with your assets crumbling. You file an insurance claim, and an insurance adjuster arrives to assess the damage. But you feel you are not getting a fair payout, wondering if these adjusters have valued the losses correctly.
This is where WorldClaim—one of the leading public adjusting companies in the world¬ can help you.
“Our expertise gives us a better understanding of how the insurance market works worldwide. We bring a global perspective while preparing and negotiating claims based on the policy’s terms and conditions locally,” says Andrew J. Fusco, CEO of WorldClaim.
When dealing with an insurance claim, WorldClaim takes a precise and systematic approach to settle a claim, always looking at how the policy should respond in every case. It begins with determining the amount of money the insurance company has set aside to cover the loss.
After discussing with the insurance adjuster the loss reserve, WorldClaim assigns its own expert team to evaluate the damages. The team then collects the evidence and presents a final Damage Report to the insurance adjusters, requesting them to review the report, agree with the damages and adjust those finding according to actual damages identified by WorldClaim.
Once the Damage Report is delivered, WorldClaim’s next step is to get an agreement from the insurer on the scope of work and compensation required to replace or repair the damage based on the policy terms and conditions.
A vivid portrayal of WorldClaim's expertise in claims management for policyholders can be showcased through the captivating tale of satisfied customers.
A factory in New York was getting renovated into apartments and commercial spaces as part of a federal historic tax-granted project. Unfortunately, a fire broke out, causing damage to the installations worth $17.5 million on a builder's risk policy. The insurance company offered $4 million for the damages, but there was a dispute, and WorldClaim took the claim to the appraisal panel. Despite the insurance company's estimation, the appraisal panel awarded $17.5 million for the recovery based on the existing building and the installations.

Over the years, WorldClaim has also expanded its services to regions where many people do not have access to skilled public adjusters in order to get the deserved settlements. Because of the 2020 Beirut port explosion, WorldClaim helped a five stars hotel in Lebanon settled their claim. The original amount the insurance company offered was $12.5 million for material, content and Business interruption damages. With the help of WorldClaim the final settlement amount was $30 million. Our global expertise has helped people and companies in Asia, Europe, Middle East, and all of the Americas.
“Our competence to constantly pursue knowledge and a deep comprehension of the ever-evolving global insurance landscape enable us to stand out as an exceptional player in the industry,” says Fusco.
