Bequant provides access to multiple custodians with off-exchange settlement capabilities to mitigate counterparty risk.
FREMONT, CA: “We are thrilled to launch our new capital introduction platform, which leverages Bequants' extensive experience and robust infrastructure in the crypto space. Our goal is to capitalize on the software and network we've built within the crypto trading community to achieve new milestones in the industry,” says George Zarya, CEO and founder of Bequant.
Bequant, one of the most established regulated institutional digital asset firms, declared the unveiling of a new capital introduction platform explicitly designed for crypto hedge funds and allocators (such as Fund of Funds, Family Offices, and HNWIs). The Capital Introduction platform represents a significant shift in Bequant's business model from Prime Broker to Principal Trading Firm; Bequant will now allocate its capital to traders and investors who use the platform.
The platform will give crypto hedge funds direct access to Bequant's pool of allocators, ensuring that accurate fund data is presented to allocators and allowing them to make better manager selection decisions.
Bequant's unveiling of the capital introduction platform represents a strategic pivot and reinforces its commitment to supporting funds throughout the asset management business cycle.
Bequant is the only true principal trading firm offering a comprehensive solution supported by a high-quality access platform and sophisticated risk management tools like RiskQuant. It is a recently unveiled state-of-the-art tool, allowing for a granular view of strategies' risk or return dynamics, enhancing the decision-making process for investors and allocators, and access to pre-screened funds to resolve a noticeable need for capital introduction services in digital asset markets.
Over the last six years, Bequant has diligently built and refined systems to manage assets across all liquidity pools, including over 15 centralized exchanges, more than 30 decentralized exchanges (DEXes), and a dozen or more OTC liquidity providers. With this extensive network, Bequant has built a comprehensive and secure ecosystem for digital asset management.
